Louis Leo Holtz is the full name of the American football coach Lou Holtz. He is best known for his time as the head coach of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, South Carolina Gamecocks, and Arkansas Razorbacks. He is a two-time national champion, winning the 1988 national championship with Notre Dame and the 1996 national championship with Arkansas. He is also a member of the College Football Hall of Fame.
