Answer

Sir John Lubbock was a British banker, antiquary, naturalist, and politician. He was the first to use the terms "Paleolithic" and "Neolithic" to describe the two major eras of the Stone Age, based on the types of stone tools used by prehistoric peoples. Lubbock was also the first to recognize that Stonehenge was a prehistoric monument, and he published several books on prehistoric archaeology.
