American boxer Johnny Dundee, born in New York City in 1893, held the World Featherweight Championship twice and the World Lightweight Championship once. Throughout his career, he fought 189 fights, winning 144, losing 22, and drawing 23. Dundee retired from boxing in 1932 and was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 1991.
