Konrad Henlein was the leader of the Sudeten German Party in the late 1930s. He was a fervent supporter of Adolf Hitler and Nazi Germany, and he worked closely with Hitler to bring about the annexation of the Sudetenland by Germany in 1938. Henlein also ordered the mass deportations of Jews from the Sudetenland, and many Jews were killed or sent to concentration camps.
