Answer
The Fatherland Front was a political organization in Austria led by Engelbert Dollfuss and later Kurt Schuschnigg. It was established in 1933 as a merger of various right-wing and conservative groups, including the Christian Social Party. The Front promoted Austrian independence and opposed the rise of Nazism in Germany. It was dissolved in 1938 after the Anschluss, when Austria was annexed by Nazi Germany.
