Malcolm Fraser, who became the 22nd Prime Minister of Australia in 1975, studied at Magdalen College, Oxford University after growing up on his father's sheep stations. Fraser was born in Melbourne in 1930 and spent his early years on the family farm in Gippsland, Victoria. He attended Melbourne Grammar School and then studied law at the University of Melbourne.
