Ouezzin Coulibaly was a Burkinabé politician who served as Prime Minister of Upper Volta from 1957 to 1960. He was the political mentor of Maurice Yaméogo, who succeeded him as Prime Minister and later President of Upper Volta. Coulibaly was a member of the Union Soudanaise–Rassemblement Démocratique Africain (USRDA), a political party that advocated for independence from France.
