Answer
In 1615, Simion Movilă was installed as a ruler in eastern Wallachia by the Polish army. He had been a voivode in the province of Moldavia, and was elected as the ruler of Wallachia after the previous ruler, Radu Șerban, was killed by the Polish army. Movilă ruled Wallachia until 1616, when he was deposed by the Ottoman Empire.
