Patrick M'Boma was born on 15 November 1970 in Douala, Cameroon. He is a retired professional footballer who played as a striker. He is best known for his time at Marseille, where he won the UEFA Champions League in 1993 and 1999. He also represented Cameroon at the 1990, 1994 and 1998 FIFA World Cups, helping them to victory at the 2002 African Cup of Nations.
