Answer
Portia Simpson-Miller served as Jamaica's Prime Minister twice. She was first elected in 2006, and served until 2007 when she was defeated by Bruce Golding. She was re-elected in 2011, and served until 2016 when she was again defeated by Andrew Holness. Simpson-Miller is the first woman to serve as Jamaica's Prime Minister, and is the only person to have served in the position twice.
