Proclus (412-485) lived for 73 years. He was a Greek philosopher who was a pupil of Syrianus and became the head of the Neoplatonic school in Athens. Proclus was a prolific writer and his work covers a wide range of subjects, including metaphysics, ethics, physics, and mathematics.
