Luis San Martín was a Chilean journalist who disappeared during the Chilean military dictatorship. He was a member of the Communist Party of Chile and had been critical of the dictatorship. He was arrested in September 1973 and never seen again. Raúl Iturriaga, a former Chilean army colonel, was convicted of his disappearance in 2017.
