Pedro Rosselló was the Governor of Puerto Rico from 1993 to 2001, and he also served as a Pediatric Surgeon. Rosselló was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and he graduated from Harvard Medical School in 1970. He then practiced pediatric surgery in Puerto Rico for several years before entering politics. Rosselló was elected Governor of Puerto Rico in 1992, and he served two terms in office.
