Steve Marriott was a co-founder of the British rock bands Small Faces and Humble Pie. Small Faces were formed in 1965 and were initially known for their mod-influenced sound. They released a number of successful albums, including "Small Faces" (1966), "From the Beginning" (1967), and "Ogden's Nut Gone Flake" (1968). The band disbanded in 1969. Humble Pie were formed in 1969 and were initially known for their blues-rock sound.
