Cabinet Kok II was the cabinet of the Netherlands that was in office from 3 August 1998 to 22 July 2002, succeeding the Cabinet Kok I and followed by the Cabinet Balkenende I. The cabinet was a coalition of the Labour Party (PvdA), the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD) and the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA). The cabinet was led by Prime Minister Wim Kok.
