Thomas Williams was a Congregational minister in England during the 17th century. He was born in 1620 in Shropshire and educated at the University of Cambridge. He was ordained as a minister in 1641 and served in several parishes in England. In 1662, he was ejected from the Church of England for refusing to conform to the Act of Uniformity.
