Answer
Xero, later known as Linkin Park, was formed in 1996 in Agoura Hills, California. The band initially consisted of lead vocalist Chester Bennington, guitarist Brad Delson, bassist Dave Farrell, drummer Rob Bourdon, and turntablist Joe Hahn. After going through several lineup changes and releasing two demo tapes, the band eventually signed with Warner Bros. Records in 1999 and released their debut album, "Hybrid Theory," the following year.
