Manuel Noriega was the dictator of Panama who was interviewed by Mike Wallace. Noriega was a military officer who seized power in a coup in 1983. He was accused of drug trafficking and money laundering, and was eventually arrested by the United States in 1990. He was extradited to the United States and convicted of drug trafficking and racketeering. He died in prison in 2017.
