William Broughton (1686–1746) was an English divine, bishop of Norwich, and then Archbishop of Canterbury. He was a noted scholar, a controversial polemicist and a determined opponent of Popery. He was a prolific writer, and his publications include a series of sermons, a commentary on the Book of Revelation, and a treatise on the doctrine of the Trinity.
