Answer

After World War II, Szpilman resumed composing. In 1945, he composed "Warsaw Concerto" for a Polish film about the Warsaw Uprising. The concerto was a success, and it was later used as Theme song for the film Schindler's List. Szpilman also composed a number of other works, including songs, piano pieces, and orchestral works.
