Mette Frederiksen, the current Prime Minister of Denmark, worked as a researcher for the trade union, the United Federation of Trade Unions, from 2007 to 2009. During her time with the union, she worked on a number of projects, including one on the future of work and another on the Danish labor market. She also served as a board member for the union's research institute.
