Anthony Blunt was born on 26 September 1907 in Bournemouth, England. He was a British art historian, museum curator, and art spy for the Soviet Union. Blunt was a member of the Cambridge Five, a group of British intellectuals who spied for the Soviet Union during the Cold War. He was recruited by the KGB in 1934 and continued to work for the Soviet Union until 1964.
