The Russian Baltic Fleet was the part of the Imperial Russian Navy based in the Baltic Sea. It was formed in 1703 and fought in the Seven Years' War, the Napoleonic Wars, the Crimean War and World War I. In 1830s, the fleet was under the command of Grand Duke Constantine, who was a brother of the Russian Emperor Nicholas I.
