Matt Busby was born in Glasgow, Scotland in 1909. He began his football career with Manchester United in 1928 and went on to become one of the most successful managers in the club's history. He led United to three league titles, one FA Cup, and two European Cups. Busby was also responsible for rebuilding the club after the Munich air disaster in 1958, which killed eight of his players.
