Vladislaus II was the King of Bohemia and Hungary from 1471 to 1516. He was the brother of King Matthias Corvinus of Hungary, and was elected King of Bohemia after Matthias' death in 1490. Vladislaus was a weak and indecisive ruler, and his reign was marked by political instability and economic decline. He died in 1516, and was succeeded by his son, Louis II.
