Answer
Vyacheslav Molotov was dismissed from all his positions in 1961. This was after Nikita Khrushchev had become the Soviet leader and was seeking to remove those who were loyal to Stalin. Molotov was one of Stalin's closest allies and had served as Foreign Minister for many years. He was also a member of the Politburo, the top decision-making body in the Soviet Union.
