The Pretoria Accord was a peace agreement signed in Pretoria, South Africa on December 17, 2002, which helped end the Second Congo War. It was signed by representatives of the governments of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Rwanda, as well as the rebel groups Rassemblement Congolais pour la Démocratie (RCD) and Mouvement pour la Libération du Congo (MLC).
